Basque Cultural Festival
Part of Basque Cultural Festival even series: Eduardo Chillida Hauser & Wirth Somerset
Sat 23 Oct 11 am - 3 pm
Family Workshops Join us in the Implement Shed to explore our Book Lab dedicated to Eduardo Chillida’s ‘Comb of the Wind’ and take part in practical activities inspired by the artist. Throughout his artistic career, Eduardo Chillida remained deeply connected to the identity of his native Basque region. The weekend festivities invite audiences of all ages to become immersed in an entirely Basque experience, gaining a greater appreciation for this unique corner of the world and its proud heritage. Through traditional music and dance, visitors will be encouraged to create new encounters with important themes central to Chillida’s work.

This family workshop will encourage you to use Chillida's unique drawing methods to make your own works on paper.
