Family Friendly Facilities: Verulamium Museum is family friendly. In addition to hands-on discovery areas for younger visitors, the museum also provides a selection of free activity sheets for children and dressing up clothes are available on weekends and school holidays.
Accessibility:
Verulamium Museum is wheelchair-accessible - the entrance, shop and galleries are all on one level and there is a lift to reach the accessible WC in the basement.There is a sloped path from the NCP car park to the entrance, the glass doors furthest to the right are automatic upon entry and operated by a push button when exiting. We do not have an audio-guide available but can offer sessions for specific groups (subject to availability) by prior arrangement.
