Join us for the family friendly opening of the exhibition Constellations of Multiple Wishes; with activities for children.
We’re inviting families to join in the opening of Constellations of Multiple Wishes, our upcoming exhibition contemplating entangled recent histories from the foundations of the Non-Aligned Movement. Co-curated with Bojana Piškur, it presents archival materials, existing and commissioned works which entangle time, history, memory and place. Artists include Larry Achiampong, Nike Autor, Alia Farid, KURS, Basim Magdy and The Art of Non-aligned Collection Laboratory featuring Inji Aflatoun, Kareem Dabbah, Choukri Mesli and Khadeir Al Shakarji.
Enjoy a relaxed and welcoming environment where there will be space for self-led creativity and learning. We have a range of materials in our dedicated Play Area available to take around the gallery, along with a creative activity for children to explore some of the themes and works in the exhibition.
Children and families are always welcome at The Mosaic Rooms. You can visit to play and explore with creative materials and sensory play activities. We have baby changing facilities and a children’s reading corner in the bookshop.
Please note that children will need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
