Family Friendly Facilities: The Gallery has ramped access to its entrance. Acessible toilets are located in the main Gallery and the Gallery shop. The Gallery shop sells coffee and the specialist Craft shop offers gifts. Our Artspace is designed for fun activities aiming to foster creativity and imagination for adults and young people playing together. The Tiled Café serves cold and hot drinks and food. Picnics can been eaten in Artspace, an indoor area.
Accessibility:
There are public transport stops outside and around the gallery for various bus routes, as well as being a 20 minute walk from the bus station and a 10 minute walk from the train station. Automatic doors at the entrance. A lift shared with the Central Library provides acess to our upper floor; there is some retricted access to the lower ground floor. Our Front of House staff and Reception Desk staff are on hand to answer enquires, meet needs and share ideas, just approach them if you want anything.
