Nursery children and their families will be offered lots of sensory opportunities to explore elements of the book, The Owl Babies
As Artist in Residence at St Edmunds Nursery I will support children and families to further explore The Owl Babies book by Martin Waddell which is the core story for the 3 and 4 year olds this October.
We will be using sound, light, smell and imagination by setting up an immersive installation in the Nursery Studio where there are light boxes, OHP's, Talking tins, Textures, Smells, a chance to make a collective sculpture and of course many opportunities for mark making. These activities will 'flow' into all the classes during October.
This event is not open to the public and is only open to families, children and staff at St Edmunds Nursery School.
