Suitable for adults and teens of all abilities, this course is designed to free up your painting style and support you to find flair and confidence in using colour in your work. Using objects and interiors at home, we'll explore ways of bringing the imagination into our painting practice. Using mindfulness techniques to work creatively with the inner critic and become stronger as an artist.
