campus are opening their doors for a family fun event this October half
term. We will be offering a series of
creative activities as part of the national Big Draw campaign. The Big Draw Festival is for anyone who loves
to draw, as well as those who think they can’t!
Take a journey around our campus finding the continents as part of the 2024 Big Draw Festival theme #DrawinginMotion #MyJourney.
Take part in fun creative
activities led by our Travel & Tourism staff and students and other
curriculum areas including our Foundation Art & Design (FAD) students experimenting with mark making and exploring places you might
go in the world, your life and your imagination and transpose your experiences
into creative artwork. Local artist Sarah Graham will be delivering a Samaritans workshop and North Hertfordshire Museums and The Library Service will also be leading activities.
The event is FREE, drop-in and
open to ALL AGES (unless otherwise stated). Children under 12 must be
accompanied by an adult. Optional
donations for some activities will be requested in support of our Charity of
the Year.
