The Dot Project
Claire Chandler
Part of The Big Draw Sutton Central Library
Sat 19 Oct 10am-12 & 1-3pm
Create a collaborative piece of art starting with a single dot! Inspired by the award-winning children's story of self-expression and creativity; 'The Dot' by Peter Reynolds.
It's the story of a teacher who challenges a doubting student to trust in her abilities  to “make her mark”. What begins with a dot on a piece of paper becomes a breakthrough in confidence, which has gone on to inspire countless children and adults around the globe.
These workshops within the library setting will encourage the local community to get creative starting with a simple dot, resulting in a collaborative piece of artwork.
This activity is suitable for all ages and abilities!
