                  The World's Biggest Drawing Festival

The Big Draw's guide to....Registering for a Big Draw Festival Event: The basics

So, you're thinking about holding an event for this year's Living Lines:  An Animated Big Draw festival, in October 2017, eh?! Why, what an excellent idea!

You'll be joining a global community of wonderfully creative folk who also love drawing, in the biggest festival of drawing in the world.

What do you do now? well, the first thing is to.....

                  1. Register A username

Fill in the form and pick a generic Username based on the name of your Organisation (not that of a staff member.)  Do note that you can log in with a Username from a previous year's Big Draw Festival!

Oh! You also need to agree to the Terms and Conditions.

                  2. Login

You'll be directed to the hind legs of our website to login, where you'll then be asked to add the details of your Organisation or link to an already existing Organisation.

                  3. Pay the Subscription Fee

Pick the right category for your organisation's event(s) and pay the subscription fee. You can read a bit about the categories here.

Paying digitally? Okie dokie. You'll gain instant access to the digital resource goodies we have for you.

Not a fan of digital payments? No problemo, we do oldskool too! If you would like to pay by BACS or cheque, please contact our Administrator first and we'll invoice you.
After we receive and process your payment you'll have full access to see what we've got waiting for you in the digital realm, look under the 'Resources' tab.

                  4. Welcome!

Once you've registered, paid, logged in and got your digital Organisers Resources, fill out the form under 'Resources' to request your physical Welcome Pack. This has a full Marketing tool kit, including; stickers, posters, selfie frames, artbox minis and all kinds of practical wonders to help you with your event. We'll mail this out to you via good old fashioned post, safely in Dobbin's cart and led by Jim, as pictured.

                  5. List your event.

As part of joining us for The Big Draw Festival, when you list your event it goes on our international or UK events map and you'll also receive Marketing support from us.

                  6. ENJOY The Big Draw Festival 2017!

Don't forget to upload all your fabulous pictures to our Gallery! And for every registered event you will be eligible to enter The Big Draw Awards and win up to £1000 for your Organisation!
